  • Increase in Welder rate by 5% for anyone with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel (payable for hours worked) retroactive to March 31, 2024
  • Increase in Welder rate by 10% for anyone with Hastelloy and Titanium (payable for hours worked) retroactive to March 31, 2024
  • Increase in Scaffolder Inspector rate by 10% retroactive to March 31, 2024
  • Increase of 6.5% on all wages retroactive to March 31, 2024 (This includes the 2.5% increase on base hourly rate retroactive to March 31, 2024 and a 4% increase to current vacation pay retroactive to March 31, 2024 with option to bank vacation pay for future leave)
  • Annual boot allowance
  • Reduction in working dues
  • Change in overtime formula from base rate to blended rate
  • All overtime at 1.5
  • Removal of working dues from vacation pay
  • Change in classification for mechanics to Tech1

Inkblot Mental Health Program

The benefit delivered through Inkblot, a Canadian provider of video counselling delivered on a secure and encrypted platform. This program is completely confidential, voluntary and accessible whenever you or Dependents need it.

Accessing Inkblot is easy – go top http://registration.inkblottherapy.com/ca and enter your Organization Code “ACRC” to book with your selected counsellor. Your first one hour of counselling is free, following which subsequent sessions will be eligible for reimbursement using your paramedical benefits, at the rate of $90/hour.
